This Howell V-Twin engine was built by Ron Schindele, of AZ. This is Ron’s beautiful rendition of the 90-degree V-Twin designed by Jerry Howell. It has a bore of 1″ and a stroke of 1.25″ and burns gasoline on electronic ignition. The engine is 15.5″-long, 8″-wide, 15″-high, and weighs 25 lbs. One of the many modifications that Ron made to the original plans included an electric fuel pump.
