This clever dollhouse scene was crafted inside of an ostrich egg by Sheila McKisic. Frank Casciani, of Designs in Shells, graciously cut and hinged the ostrich egg, and also offered Sheila some invaluable advice. Inside the egg, the Tyrolean band and Bavarian folk dancers are HO scale and made by Preiser. The anzanita base was donated by a friend. Sheila painted and created the scene. The egg will eventually be raffled off and the proceeds to the charity, San Pasqual Academy for Foster Teens. The piece was contributed by the San Diego Miniature Crafters.
