This Little ‘Red’ Devil hit n’ miss engine was made by Ron Schindele, of AZ, in 2020. Ron began with some original Bob Shores’ castings available from modelenginecastings.com; however, he made numerous modifications to create this rendition of the engine. The engine runs flawlessly and drives an external water pump that circulates coolant between the engine and the cooling tower during operation. The engine can be left with fuel and coolant in it for months and will start with just a couple spins of the flywheels every time.
