Les Cade built this engine from what appears to be an aluminum casting kit from PM Research. The vertical 2-cylinder oscillating engine is a good starting point for many beginning machinists. The 2-1/4″ flywheel can be machined on a Sherline miniature lathe with the use of a headstock riser block kit.
