The “So What Speed Shop” Ford OS powered tether car was made by Chris Garcia, of CA, in 2003. This aluminum tether car was custom built by Chris for Ed Hegarty of California, and sports Chris’s custom wire wheels. Below is an excerpt from Street Rod Magazine, November 2003.
