Fred Kunze, of Arizona, constructed and sold 39 of his model K-35 airplane engines in 1975. The engine has a 13/16-inch bore, 3/4-inch stroke, and burns methanol on glow ignition. It swings a 12-6 propeller over 8, 000 revolutions per minute. The K-35 is 8”-long, 4”-wide, and 5”-high.
