This Hi Johnson .35 engine was made by Dynamic Models, Inc., Anaheim, CA. It’s a glow ignition single-cylinder engine that first appeared in ads in 1955. This version with no paint on the case and no black oxide finish on the cylinder fins appears to be from June, 1956. It has a needle body that threads into the venturi, die cast connecting rod, and square port in the shaft. The engine includes a wooden prop, and has a 6-bolt head. The bore is .770, and the stroke is .750 with a total displacement of .349 cubic inches.
