The “Cricket” tether car was built by Doug Parker, of Vermont, in 2017. This tether car was designed by Mr. Parker, and everything was custom-built around the tiny Cox .010 engine. Typical of Doug’s cars, this one is completely machined from billet aluminum and sports a custom brass fuel tank and bearings for the axles. It measures 5”-long with a 3-7/16” wheel base, and it weighs 7.9 ounces.
