This 1/4 scale red vintage #3 sprint car was built by Will Neely. Mr. Neely used plans for a full-size sprint car that came from Ray Kuhn’s reprints. The scale model sprint car uses Model T and Model A parts, with the front and rear axle and frame coming from a Model T (with modifications).
