Ferrari Steering Wheel
A driver’s eye view shows the scale steering wheel with the famous Ferrari prancing horse logo. Behind it are the working instruments. The shift lever can be seen on the far right.
Ferrari Detail
The Ferrari logo can be seen cast into the side covers of the engine. Also visible are the spark plugs and part of the exhaust headers.
Ferrari 312 PB
Looking in all regards like the real race car sitting on the starting grid, Pierre’s model only lacks a 1/3 scale driver to go fast.

If you look closely at the tachometer, you will see it reading 8,000 rpm. Pierre actually revved it repeatedly to 10,000 rpm or more, demonstrating not only the engine, but also the functional gauges.
Pierre Revving the Engine
Pierre revs the engine for the crowd. Each time he ran it, he would also push in the clutch, put it in gear, and run the rear wheels in both forward and reverse.
