A 1/23 scale wooden model T6 SNJ “Texan” trainer airplane (USAF, #TA-143). Used in WWII and into the 1950s, this advanced trainer was used by all of the services. The “SNJ” is the Navy designation, while the Army Air Corps referred to it as the AT-6.
