A special version of the Torpedo Jr. was created for a promotional model airplane produced for the LA Times Newspaper, circa 1951. Buster is 13-inches long, has a 12-inch wingspan, and is powered by a special Torpedo Jr. with an extended fuel tank. K&B produced the engine for Premium Manufacturing in Downey, CA who manufactured the airplane. The K&B powered plane was included in Tim and Betty Dannels’ Lud Kading Display.
